Atama Jiu Jitsu Gi: Where Quality Counts

Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that was founded nearly 100 years ago in Brazil. It was introduced in Brazil to Carlos Gracie by Mitsuyo Maeda, a promoter of Japanese emigration to Brazil and a practitioner of Kodokan Judo from which Jiu-Jitsu is derived.

A jiu-jitsu gi is a martial arts uniform which is composed of three parts: a jacket, pants and a belt, typically colored to represent rank. The uniform often has tighter cuffs on the pants and the jacket which in turn prevents the opponent from getting an advantage because there is less material to manipulate.
